Mr. Young and Ms. Weise spend time up-front asking questions about your research needs and probable use of the data, so we can best guide you in the development and collection of the appropriate information. We can act as your representative with your chosen research vendor to ensure your study goes smoothly from beginning to end.  We keep you updated on the research vendor's progress and will provide suggestions for solutions if problems arise.

Mr. Young and Ms. Weise don't just push paper and give advice; we work with the human element (research vendor's interviewers and account staff) with your research vendor to make sure they have the needed information so the study is conducted correctly. We don't just react to things as they arise; we work proactively to avoid problems. We call this our holistic project management approach.
