Agency/Owner's Project Representative Services

As agency/owner’s representatives, Bill Young and Jackie Weise will serve as the primary representative for the agency/owner from the research design phase through final reporting of the results or any stage in-between based on agency/owner's needs. 

Mr. Young and Ms. Weise can help agency/owners even before they commission a research vendor by helping owners understand what research design and methodology, as well as probable cost implications, will best address your informational/marketing needs.  We can also help you in designing an RFP (request for proposal) document that will ensure your market research project is commissioned correctly and gives you a true apple to apple comparison between vendors.  Mr. Young and Ms. Weise are available to work with you and your chosen research vendor to see that the research project is completed according to contract documents within the approved budget and schedule.  We can be your eyes and ears during the research process to make sure that all quality control standards are followed to insure reliable data collection. We can play a key role in the coordination and communication activities between you and your vendor as well as with your other internal staff during the course of the research study.  We can also review the research findings to make sure the correct statistics and analysis is being applied and you are making appropriate conclusions.

In short, we are an independent third party able to advise you during every step of the research process to make sure that your research dollar is not only well spent, but will truly provide you with actionable answers.

How an Owner's Representative Works

The owner's rep can manage the day-to-day work of all the entities involved in a market research project, while you, the owner, retain all the decision making authority and all the contractual relationships. The owner's rep is there to give you professional advice at every step in the process. Experience, influencing skills, and leadership style are paramount in determining the effectiveness of an owner's rep.
